Muffler clamps provide a clean, custom solution for securing practically any slim-fit muffler or bolt-on exhaust accessory to the end of 1.75" O.D. exhaust pipes; the 6061 T-6 billet alloy clamps are specifically designed to finish the look of Biltwell mini mufflers on custom pipes, but will work with other muffler brands so long as the mounting flange O.D. doesn’t exceed 1.90"
Muffler clamps include a threaded stainless steel insert inside the clamp that accepts 5/16-18 mounting hardware (two Allen cap bolts included); long Allen cap bolt with Nyloc® nut screws through the alloy body to provide an additional location for fastening a custom hanger or mounting bracket
Pipe clamps only fit around 1.75" O.D. straight pipes; they will not fit over the slip joint on a Biltwell or any similar aftermarket muffler
