Boyesen is the sole determiner of product warranty product abuse, misuse, installation errors and modifications. All other remedies are excluded, including any obligation or liability on the part of Boyesen Incorporated for consequential or incidental damages (Such as a loss of use of vehicle, loss of time or inconvenience) arising out of any anomalies.
