Dynojet Research, Inc, ("Dynojet") warrants Dynojet®-branded products against defects in material and workmanship for the period of one (1) year (Lifetime on belts). The warranty period begins with the date of original retail purchase. This warranty is made only to the original end-user purchaser ("you") of the product and does not extend to any subsequent purchasers or owners of the product. The "original end-user" is the first user who purchases the product directly from Dynojet or a Dynojet authorized retailer to put the product into service in any fashion. Please note that because Dynojet is unable to control the quality of Dynojet products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, this warranty does not cover Dynojet products purchased from unauthorized sellers. It is your responsibility to establish the warranty period by verifying the original purchase date. Failure to register your product does not affect your rights under this warranty, provided you can verify proof of original purchase date in another reasonable manner.
