FLY Racing offers warranties on their products with varying durations depending on the product category. Helmets are covered for 3 years, while most other gear like moto and bicycle gear, boots, goggles, and protection items are covered for 1 year. Snow, street, adventure, and watercraft products have a 2-year warranty. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and workmanship, but it does not cover damage from accidents, improper use, normal wear and tear, or natural breakdown of materials. If you feel that a product is not performing as it should during the warranty period due to materials or workmanship, please return to the place of purchase. If, after inspection, it is determined that it would be covered under the warranty policy, then we will repair or replace the product at our discretion. If a warranty is approved and cannot be repaired a replacement will be provided. If an exact replacement is not available, then one of equal value in the same size and color will be issued. This warranty does not cover damage due to accidents, improper use, natural breakdown of colors/materials over time, or normal wear and tear.
