Hardline Products® warrants all our products against defects in manufacturing and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. If you ordered the wrong product and need to exchange for another item we will accept your item as long as it is in the original packaging and not damaged. Return authorization is required before exchanging or returning defective merchandise. No returns on “Custom Build It For Me” decal set. If your return is an exchange you are liable for the freight back to us, we will pay the freight to get your return back to you. If your return is for defective merchandise we will issue a UPS call tag for the return of the item.
