This warranty shall not apply to any product or component which has been incorrectly installed, repaired, or altered in any way. Warranty will not apply to products or components that have been subject to misuse, abuse, negligence or any other occurrence beyond the control of Hygear Suspension. Hygear Suspension reserves the right to determine the legitimacy of all claims. Hygear Suspension is not liable for consequential damage or injury due to the use or misuse of any product or component built, serviced, or sold by Hygear Suspension. Prices and product designs are subject to change without notice. Shipping charges that may occur as the result of a warranty claim are the responsibility of the customer.
