All Joe Rocket® gear is warranted to be free from defects in manufacture and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase by the original owner. This warranty is in lieu of any and all other warranties expressed or implied including those of fitness for a particular purpose and merchantable. In no event shall Joe Rocket® be liable for damages or expenses directly or indirectly arising from the use of Joe Rocket® garments or for special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages for any nature whatsoever except for the liability to repair or replace goods covered by warranty. Should a warranty claim arise, return the garment to your dealer for inspection. The dealer will forward the garment to Joe Rocket® for evaluation. If the garment is found to be defective by Joe Rocket® it will be repaired and returned to you post paid. International customers are responsible for all shipping and other incurred expenses such as duties taxes… etc. If Joe Rocket® determines the garment cannot be repaired, Joe Rocket® will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you.
