All Joe Rocket® gear is warranted to be free from defects in manufacture and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase by the original owner. In no event shall Joe Rocket® be liable for damages or expenses directly or indirectly arising from the use of Joe Rocket® garments or for special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages for any nature whatsoever except for the liability to repair or replace goods covered by warranty. Should a warranty claim arise, return the garment to your dealer for inspection. The dealer will forward the garment to Joe Rocket® for evaluation. If the garment is found to be defective by Joe Rocket® it will be repaired and returned to you post paid. International customers are responsible for all shipping and other incurred expenses such as duties taxes… etc. If Joe Rocket® determines the garment cannot be repaired, Joe Rocket® will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you.
