Program Details
- By enrolling, you accept all of the terms and conditions of the program.
- If unused, Points expire 1 year after earned.
- Some brands are excluded from earning and / or redeeming points.
- Points will not be earned if a coupon code is used.
- Points cannot be redeemed along with a coupon code.
- Points will be available in your account shortly after your order is confirmed to be delivered.
- You must be logged into your account at the time you place the order to earn points. We cannot add points after a purchase is made if you were not logged in.
- Gift Certificates are not eligible for rewards points.
- Points cannot be used to purchase Gift Certificates.
- Loyalty points are not legal tender and have no value beyond mc-powersports.com.
- All points earned on items returned will have those points deducted from your account.
- Any returned items purchased with rewards points will have points returned to your account points balance.
- Any order that is cancelled prior to shipping where points were used will have those points returned to your points account balance.
- *Program participants may have opportunities from time to time to participate in surveys, contests or promotions. These may have additional rules / conditions that apply. *
- We reserve the right to modify our list of excluded products, brands and services at any time without notice.
- You must be at least 18 years old to participate in the program. Individuals only, no businesses, associations, groups or corporations are eligible to participate in this program.
- You are responsible for all applicable tax liability on your purchases.
- We reserve the right to cancel an individual's rewards account without notice for any reason at any time at our sole discretion. Points will be forfeited and the individual's account will be terminated permanently. If account is terminated you are not entitled to any refunds. If your account is terminated you are not able to open a new account under a different name or email address etc..

- Any disputes arising out of or related to this Loyalty Points Program, the Terms and Conditions, and / or your use of our website shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the state of Michigan, without regard to choice-of-law rules and without regard to conflicts-of-laws principles.
