PROK warrants that the goods when delivered to the Purchaser will generally comply with the description for the Goods in the Purchase Order Confirmation or PROK’s quotation.
Unless otherwise expressly agreed to in writing by PROK all Goods shall be warranted to be free from material defects for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery of the Goods. All Services shall be warranted to be supplied with due care and skill for a period of 3 months from the date the services are provided (each referred
to as the “Warranty Period”).
