Thor tests all of products in real world applications utilizing factory riders and test riders to ensure products are built to the highest standards. If you experience a problem with one of our products return your product to the dealer where you originally purchased it (along with your original sales receipt). We will then evaluate your claim and either repair, replace, or return the product based on our findings.
