RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO A 15% RESTOCKING FEE. Unused items in original condition may be returned for exchange or refund if an RMA Authorization Number is requested within 7 days of receipt of item. Item must then be returned within 30 days of original delivery date. RMA Numbers are obtained by e-mailing info@zanheadgear.com. Please include the order number and list items to be returned and reason. RMA Numbers will be sent via e-mail within 48 hours of request. Used products WILL NOT be accepted for return or exchange. Items must be new with all original packaging also in new condition. Upon receipt and inspection of the merchandise, your credit card will be credited for amount of the item returned. (Shipping and handling charges are non refundable.)All returns must be shipped prepaid of origin, unless prior arrangements have been made. No COD returns will be accepted. New orders resulting from exchanges will be shipped upon receipt of returned merchandise unless other arrangements have been made with ZANheadgear®.
