FEATURES
The Fly Racing Kinetic Lite Helmet Liner (DOT) is an authentic factory-replacement comfort crown liner designed specifically for the Fly Racing Kinetic Lite Helmet series.
The "DOT" label indicates that this liner is explicitly designed and safety-tested to meet United States Department of Transportation standards. It maintains the exact foam density and head-positioning parameters required to keep the helmet certified and legally compliant.
- Moisture-Wicking Fabric: Wrapped in a soft, premium synthetic liner that draws sweat and humidity away from the rider's crown and forehead, helping to prevent heat exhaustion and skin irritation during long motos.
- True Functional Ventilation (TFV) Integration:
Features a highly skeletonized layout with open-mesh paneling. The structure is precision-cut to align perfectly with the helmet’s internal EPS air grooves, forcing cool intake air across the top of the head and pushing hot air out the exhaust vents.
- Quick-Snap Installation: Engineered with durable, integrated plastic snaps. This allows riders or parents to quickly pop the dirty liner out for maintenance and securely click a clean one back into place without shifting the helmet's underlying safety foam.
- Fully Washable: Designed to withstand regular hand-washing and air-drying to eliminate trail dirt, mud, bacteria, and sour sweat odors.
