All Metzeler Original Equipment and Replacement Motorcycle tires with a complete D.O.T. identification number and branded “Metzeler”, which are supplied by Pirelli, either directly or through an authorized Dealer, which are mounted on motorcycles for primary use within the U.S.A. and Canada will be free from defects in workmanship and materials. Metzeler motorcycle tires are covered by this warranty for the duration of the tire life as defined below.
This Limited Warranty is extended to the first retail purchaser of the tire in the United States and Canada or to the original owner of the vehicle on which Metzeler tires come mounted as Original Equipment (“Owner”). It is strongly recommended that the Owner submits all warranty claims through the Original purchasing dealer or Original Equipment Dealer.
NOTE: This Limited Warranty does not cover any service charges, including but not limited to costs
associated with towing of the vehicle, replacing tubes, the valve, tire disposal or mounting,
dismounting and balancing of the tire.
