Exclusions:
The warranty does not cover consumable items, including blades, bits, punches, dies, bulbs, fuses, grinding wheels, and belts. Coverage also excludes products subjected to misuse, neglect, accidents, normal wear and tear, improper applications, or unauthorized repairs or modifications.
Warranty Terms:
Warranty rights and limitations are governed by applicable law, including Washington State law where permitted. Warranty coverage is limited to the terms stated above. Repair or replacement is the exclusive remedy for covered defective products, subject to applicable law.
