RockyMounts does not cover damage resulting from:
Use of product as not intended or designed.
Use on RVs, Trailers, Off-Roading
Use of generic hitch extensions or third party components
Superficial wear-and-tear. Such as faded plastic/paint, corrosion, etc.
Impact from vehicle crashes, garage door, low trees, ground objects, parking lot incidents
Melted wheel cups from insufficient exhaust clearance
Extreme weather events
Driving under garages or low overhangs with roof racks
Car Washes
Modified or altered products
Incorrectly assembled or installed products
Lost Keys
Theft of bicycles or equipment
